Harness Your Body Heat and Insulate Against the Cold Without Losing Ground Feel!
Vaistoa Thermal Insoles are designed to provide extra warmth and comfort in cold weather while preserving the unique barefoot feel of your shoes. Crafted from high-quality EVA material combined with foil and polyester, they offer an excellent balance of flexibility and insulation.
The foil layer plays a critical role, reflecting your body heat back to your feet to reduce heat loss and act as an effective barrier against cold surfaces.
With a slim 2mm thickness and lightweight design, these insoles maintain the fit and flexibility of your shoes without adding noticeable bulk or weight.
This is an ideal accessory for anyone looking to enhance warmth and comfort in their barefoot shoes during colder weather while maintaining a genuine connection to the ground.

I bought these shoes as I wanted to see if they would be a comfortable work shoe. I have worn them a few times for a few hours each time and I am happily surprised. They are very comfortable, soft and sit well on my foot and heel. The shoe s well constructed and really feels like quality. I am pleased with how they feel right now and I hope to be able to wear them all day soon.
The insoles are almost as broad as my feet. This means I have no extra space in the shoes, but at least they do not hurt. And up to now, my feet have been warm.
I’ve previously bought winter shoes from Vaistoa, and they had fur-lined insoles, which had become worn out from use and because my feet get sweaty. The new insole absorbs moisture more effectively, so in winter my socks stay drier – and consequently, so do the insoles.
Insoles fit the shoes well, and helped me make the shoes fit better. They also seem truly warm. Haven't had very cold weather yet, but around 0 degrees nowhere near lower comfort limit.
I suppose you are inquiring about the insoles. But I just wanted to write about the shoes as well. I have fallen arches and Morten’s neuroma. The shoes didn’t keep the neuroma from flaring up, which happened after an hour of walking. Otherwise, I loved the idea of walking barefoot. Won’t be biting another pair. Sorry.
I had expected something thicker for winter but these were identical to the very thin insoles that come with the boots, except for a few silvery very small dots. I doubt they would make any difference in cold weather. Not worth the money.
