Returns

90-Day Free Return

We offer one free return for orders, valid for 90 days from the date your order is placed, including any delivery costs. This benefit also applies to discounted products.

This 90-day return is a voluntary benefit we offer in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. You can use this right through the cancellation function in your customer account at account.vaistoa.com, or by contacting us at team@vaistoa.com. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.

Note: In case of faulty or incorrect products, please always contact our customer service team first at team@vaistoa.com, and we will help you further.

Partial Returns - Free Shipping Threshold

If you return part of your order for a refund and the total order value falls below €140 (our threshold for free shipping), we will charge a normal shipping fee depending on the delivery country.

Returns from Multiple Orders

When returning products from multiple orders at the same time, please ensure that the return package includes the completed return list for each order.

How to Return a Product

Register your return using the correct link for your delivery country:

To register a return, you will need the email address used for the order and the order number. Once registration is complete, you will receive return instructions via email. Please return the product within 14 days of registering your return.

Refund

The refund will be processed once the return has reached our warehouse, within 14 days of receiving it. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Condition of the Return and Fitting Instructions

The product should only be handled as much as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please follow these guidelines so your return stays in saleable condition:

  1. Use Indoors Only: When trying on barefoot shoes, wear them indoors on a clean floor to avoid getting dirt or hair on them. Ensure your feet are clean and dry, and always use clean socks when trying on our shoes for hygiene reasons.
  2. Check the Fit: Make sure your toes have enough room to move freely, and there is enough space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. The shoes should fit snugly around your midfoot and heel without being too tight.
  3. Do Not Use Outdoors: Please do not use the shoes outdoors or on rough surfaces until you have decided to keep them. Using them outside may reduce their value or make them non-returnable.
  4. Avoid Pet Hair: Due to allergy risks, we cannot accept returns of products with pet hair or dust.
  5. Handle with Care: Handle the shoes gently when trying them on and removing them. Avoid bending or stretching the material unnecessarily.
  6. Contact Customer Service: If you have any questions or concerns about the fit, contact our customer service for advice and assistance before making a decision.

The return must include the original packaging and all parts, documents, and packaging materials that came with it.

If the returned product is, due to use, soiling or other signs of wear, in a condition where it cannot be restored to a saleable state by ordinary means and can no longer be sold as new, no refund will be issued for the return.
