I haven’t really had a chance to test them in cold weather yet, but I do think they keep the soles of my feet a bit warmer than standard insoles. They fit perfectly in Vaistoa shoes. The advertising claim that the insoles are 2 mm thick is a bit misleading, as they’re actually about 4 mm thick.

Cosy, warm insoles for the cooler autumn weather.
They don’t fit my Toive indoor slippers, even though that was the answer I was given to my question. As I couldn’t exchange the product for another one when returning it, I decided to keep them and wear them with my autumn and winter footwear.
They fit well and feel comfortable.

The insoles work well and are warm. A good buy for barefoot shoes
The heated insole feels better than the shoe’s original thin insole. I trimmed the toe a little so I could fit it into shoes that are already over two years old. But it was easy to do and turned out neatly, and now they fit perfectly. The shoes even feel like new!
