Clean off loose dirt right after use with a damp cloth or sponge.
If your feet sweat in the shoes, let the shoes air out well after use. Take out the removable insole if there is one. Open the shoe as much as possible and let it dry before the next use.
If the shoes get wet on the inside, take out the removable insole and open the shoe as much as possible. This helps air move inside the shoe.
It is also good to give the shoes “rest days” so they can dry and air out fully.
Store the shoes upright, at room temperature, and away from UV light.
