Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Finland.

Shipping to Canada

Delivery time: Estimated 4–8 business days

Delivery methods: Available options displayed at checkout

Shipping fee: Calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery options: Home delivery or an available UPS pickup location

Shipping days: Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Finnish public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or due to customs processing.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties are included in our product prices. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed separately at checkout.

The total amount paid at checkout includes all applicable taxes and duties. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and view the latest delivery estimate.

Returns

We offer a 90-day free return policy for unused products. Returns from Canada are free of charge when using our provided return service.

We currently ship to Canada, excluding Quebec and Manitoba.

Order Availability

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable. In such cases, any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded.
